- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).  
- Orders placed after 18:00 SAST will be processed the next business day.  
- During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly delayed.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates  
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

South Africa
- Express Delivery : 5-7 business days
- Standard Delivery: 5-9 business days

Rest of the World                                                   -Express Shipping: 5-9 business days.                                               -Standard Shipping: 7-10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

4. Order Tracking  
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.  
- You can track your order using the link provided.

5. Shipping Delays  
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to:
- Courier issues  
- Weather conditions  

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers but will assist where possible.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information  
- Please ensure your shipping details are accurate at checkout.  
- We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  
- Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages  
- We are not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the courier.  
- If your package is missing, please contact the courier directly and notify us for assistance.

8. Damaged Packages  
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  
- Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.  
- We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. Split Shipments  
In some cases, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on product availability.
